Veterinarians and park officials helped a female tiger with an injured ankle, which was found to have a wire from an animal trap. She was treated and moved to the Bueng Chawak Wildlife Rescue Center. Ms. Sawitri Chuaphong, Chief of Phu Toei National Park, revealed that at approximately 6:30 p.m., officials and veterinarians helped a tiger injured by a snared animal after finding it lying in a stream with dense grass. The veterinary team shot it with tranquilizer gun and brought the tiger out of the stream.
